How much does shipping cost?
All orders have free shipping. Our general shipping is USPS First Class.

Standard USA Shipping (3-5 Working Days)

When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.

Handling time 1 - 2 Days. (Monday- Friday)

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Can you ship a box?
Yes! But this is very important: Please choose a USPS shipping option at checkout if your order is going to a PO Box.
